Stone Manganese Marine Shipcare was formed as a separate company from the Service Division of Stone Manganese Marine in 2000. The company now specialises in the repair and service of all propellers worldwide and recognises the need for immediate attention to propeller damage as well as regular servicing if ships operating costs are to be minimised. |

| The company’s team of highly skilled engineers are on standby to undertake repairs around the world at very short notice, whilst routine work is also undertaken in the well-equipped workshops at Birkenhead. In 2004 the company formed a diving subsidiary, SMM Subsea, whose skilled divers can now perform complex underwater repairs as well as propeller and hull polishing operations for optimum performance. | |
